Now, as we enter a new phase of growth, we are looking for a Go-to-Market Manager : a strategic operator who can turn Hublo’s long-term vision into concrete growth. Someone who combines analytical strength with entrepreneurial drive, and who is not afraid to get on the field – talking to customers, prospects, or even competitors – to validate assumptions and drive action.

Your role
As Go-to-Market Manager, you will act as Hublo’s strategic operator and execution driver. Your mission: transform insights into tangible business outcomes, launch pilots, validate them directly in the field, and scale what works.
This role is high-impact, cross-functional, and directly connected to Hublo’s long-term growth strategy.
Your mission
1️⃣ Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth analyses of strategic growth opportunities identified in Hublo’s roadmap (segments, verticals, product themes).
- Build robust business cases with clear views of potential, risks, and success conditions.
- Prioritize initiatives to focus resources on the most promising levers.
2️⃣ Go-to-Market Design & Execution
- Define positioning and value propositions aligned with Hublo’s vision and client needs.
- Design and execute pragmatic launch plans, from pilots to scalable rollouts.
- Measure, test, iterate — turning uncertainty into structured growth.
3️⃣ Field validation
- Speak directly with clients, prospects, and even competitors to validate assumptions and sharpen strategies.
- Act as the voice of the market inside Hublo, bringing tangible insights from the field.
4️⃣ Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead initiatives across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Ensure alignment between strategy and execution, bridging analysis with measurable outcomes.
5️⃣ Strategic Expansion Projects
- Contribute to transformative initiatives such as geographic expansion, new product launches, or post-merger integrations.
- Balance analytical rigor with operational pragmatism to deliver results.
6️⃣ Executive Impact
- Deliver structured insights and compelling narratives that inform and influence C-level decisions.
- Be recognized as a trusted partner shaping Hublo’s next growth horizons.

What we're looking for

6+ years of experience, including ~3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and hands-on experience in a startup/scale-up.
- Strong analytical and market research skills: you can size opportunities, build business cases, and model scenarios.
- Proven track record in building and executing go-to-market strategies, from pilots to scale.
- Sales-oriented curiosity and field presence: comfortable engaging with clients, prospects, and competitors to validate strategies.
- Knowledge of SaaS / B2B tech (healthcare interest is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership: you thrive in ambiguity and drive projects from 0 to 1.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence and align stakeholders.
- Fluent in English & French.
